Shopping directly at shop.shoerepair.se is a convenient way of getting access 24 hours a day to our full range of collections. When your order is received, you can try the clothes in your own home and have the possibility of a 14-day return period if you need to send something back for a full refund.

Shipment guidelines and rates

Shipping method


Shoerepair uses DHL Servicepoint for all freights within Sweden, which delivers your order within 1-3 business days. You will receive an SMS or e-mail when the package is ready to be picked up at your local servicepoint.

International (deliveries outside of Sweden)

For international orders, Shoerepair uses UPS, which delivers your order within 2-5 business days. Please note that UPS requires a signature when leaving the package, the couriers usually operate between 8am-6 pm. We recommend, if possible, to use your work address for deliveries.

You will receive an order confirmation with your tracking number so you can easily keep track of your shipment.

Order processing

All orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 1 pm will be processed the same day and will ship within 48 hours (subject to card clearance and stock availability). Orders placed after 1 pm will begin processing next business day.
All orders are fulfilled in Stockholm, Sweden.

Shipping restrictions

Once Shoerepair has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Shoerepair is not responsible for any fees charged by customs.

Returns and exchanges

How to process a return or exchange

We will of course accept returns and exchanges on all items, if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Within 14 days after delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us with tag in perfect condition, accompanied by the original invoice.

How to proceed with a return

Shipping charges on returned items are at the customer’s expense. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.

How to proceed with an exchange

Send an email to support@shoerepair.se with a brief explanation of your exchange, as well as the item’s style number.

Upon receipt of package, we will send you the new item free of charge.

All exchanges are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund or exchange cannot be granted. Shopping online

Shopping online at shop.shoerepair.se is easy.
Select the items you would like to purchase and they will be added to your shopping bag. When you are ready to check out, click on Shopping bag icon at the top right hand corner and we will guide you through the entire purchase process. You can at all times view the items you have added to your cart by clicking on the shopping bag.

In order to make a purchase, you have to be registered at shop.shoerepair.se. This is the only time you need to register with us. If you have registered with us before, simply sign in with your email address and the password you have created.

All merchandise sold on Shoerepair is intended for personal use only, and not for resale.

We do not guarantee that all items available at shop.shoerepair.se webshop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order we will contact you shortly by phone or email.

Payment methods

Shoerepair accepts credit cards. Currently, they are Visa, MasterCard and American Express. In Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark we also offer payment against an invoice through our partner, Kreditor. They carry out a standard credit check when an order against an invoice is placed. We must receive payment against an invoice within 10 days. You can begin shopping again as soon as you have made payment for your latest purchase. If your credit application is not approved by Kreditor, you will not have access to credit and we would request that you use another payment method.

Tracking your order

An order confirmation will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is received. In addition, a shipment confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will have the tracking number for your shipment so you can easily keep track of your order.

In order to make a purchase you must be registered and logged in. Registration is free and only you will have access to your account.

All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. shop.shoerepair.se reserves the right to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed.
